During that 30 days, we create a transition plan that encompasses all aspects of the cleaning, staffing, training and reporting processes plus any special needs we need to understand. This upfront plan ensures we start off on the right foot and focus on the essentials of getting it right. This initial step in the operation creates that reliability you need in your commercial cleaning contractor.
Reliability extends to our focus on safety. We take safety so seriously that every internal meeting starts with a safety share. We conduct “Toolbox Talks” every month at every client location with our Team Members. Our continuous focus on safety may not be something you see, but it is apparent in our approach to janitorial and our clients’ buildings and facilities.
Behind all the planning and training is auditing and reporting. We conduct both safety and quality audits to ensure we do what we say we are going to do. Then we share them with our clients in an open, honest dialogue.
